The Birth of VITL ✨ Invite the Light

As the water poured down my face in the shower, I basked in the sweetness of calm clarity. A quiet, contemplative afternoon alone had revived my spirit. I sensed a bit disconnection, and knew it was time to turn inward. I spent the day with one of my own coaching exercises. I got crystal clear on who I am, who I aspire to be, and why. Hours of meditation and pages of writing later, a phrase was so powerful and clear in my mind that I said it aloud to myself a few times in the shower that day. Invite the Light. A remembrance.
My fresh understanding was that in order to fulfill my mission fully here on our great planet, I would have to start showing up in a new way and share more. I had been off social media for years at that point, but wanted to keep myself accountable. So, I posted soon after proclaiming my intention with the caveat that I would need some time to integrate the metamorphosis I’d been in, and would be back when I’d figured out how to do it my way. Well, here I am.
